Prepackaged Snacks: We need donations of pre-packaged snacks that can be served to our students in the mid-afternoon. Suggestions are peanut butter or cheese crackers, trail mix, nuts, pretzels, goldfish or wheat thin crackers, or animal crackers.
Laundry Detergent: We have two sets of washers and dryers, and they run just about all day, every day. We wash the towels used by PK in naptime, blankets and sheets used with sick children, gym uniforms, and school uniforms for children whose families do not have access to laundry facilities. Our washers use HE (high efficiency) detergent of any brand.
Copy Paper: We use many reams of white 8.5x11 copy paper. We cannot have too much paper donated! We also need 8.5x11 colored and white card stock.
First Aid Supplies: band-aides of all sizes (plain if possible - if they have superman or other designs on them every child develops a need for a band-aide!), gauze pads, digital thermometers and disposable thermometer covers, children's Tylenol, antibiotic cream, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol wipes, disposable gloves
Office Supplies: Paper Clips, black and blue pens, sharpened pencils, post-it notes of all sizes, scissors, dry Erase Markers, sticky-tack, etc.
Shell Gas Gift Cards: These will be given to families needing gas cards to transport their children to and from school and also can be used to purchase diesel fuel for the Yellowstone buses.
Target, MasterCard, Visa, or Kroger Gift Cards: These will be used to purchase food or other supplies for school families or to purchase general supplies, office supplies, student uniforms, etc. for Yellowstone. They will also be used to purchase supplies for cooking classes and science club in our elective classes.
Lakeshore Teacher Supply Gift Cards: These will be used to buy supplies for classrooms, particularly for learning centers.
Cleaning Items: We need Clorox Wipes, Baby Wipes, and Hand Sanitizer for our classrooms
Paper Goods: Boxes of Kleenex and rolls of toilet paper
